Summary: Room was not ready at 4:00 PM check in. Room was ready at approximately 4:43 PM. Bathroom drain was not draining properly, water could only run for 20-30 seconds before sink filled up. Noise levels were also abnormally high, sounds from outside traffic and hallways were heard clearly from room. Conversations from inside room could also easily be heard from next adjacent rooms. Room was 653 - Colonial corner room. Room was also much less spacious than pictures portrayed. The iron in our room had black residue on the surface which stained my white shirt. Overall not happy with the stay and did not think Overall much
