You won’t be far from spas, golf courses, parks, a fun community pool, a lovely walking trail, shopping & great food. It’s an easy drive to the Arboretum & the Domain (~5.5 miles), Downtown Austin (~12.5 mi), Lake Travis, and Lake Austin (~10-11 miles). COTA is ~30+ minutes via the nearby TX-45 toll road, and the Austin Q2 soccer stadium is ~10 miles away.

LOCATION...
Located in North Austin but also near Cedar Park, Round Rock & Pflugerville via HWY 183, the TX-45 Toll/HWY 620, and Toll 130. The MetroRail Lakeline station is < 3 miles away (a fun alternative to driving downtown).
AMENITIES...
*BATH: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up removal wipes, facial tissues & toilet paper in each bathroom; starter quantities provided with several stores nearby if you run out.
*TOWELS & BEDDING: (1 bath & 2 wash clothes per booked guest) and bedding (1 set per bed) are clean, soft, and comfortable (BYO beach towels!).
*KITCHEN has everything for meal preparation plus a blender, toaster, coffee maker & Keurig w/short-term stay supply of napkins/paper towels, trash bags, coffee k-cups, and salt/pepper/olive oil spray. There are several excellent grocery options nearby, including HEB, Target, H Mart & Walmart plus Whole Foods at the Domain.
*INFANT high chair, changing table & a pack-n-play are available BY REQUEST for booked infants. Guest assumes all responsibility for child safety & risk of use.
*HE WASHER and DRYER w/ starter supply of detergent, iron, ironing board, drying rack, plus laundry baskets/luggage racks/hangers in every room.
*HIGH-SPEED INTERNET & a SMART HD TV in the living/family room to access your favorite apps, FREE Amazon "Prime Included" movies & shows + an HD TV Antenna providing local+ channels (except Fox).
*CLASSIC BOARD GAMES & an E-FIREPLACE insert for you to enjoy. There’s also an excellent walking trail (Lake Creek Trail) & a fun community (fee-based) swimming pool called Spicewoods Municipal Pool just a 10 minute (0.4mi) walk away (BYO pool towels - don’t take bath towels from rental). Spicewoods Park is a short 3 minute drive (1.1 mi) away.
*BACKYARD is large and private with a modest covered patio, 4 rocking/swivel chairs, a dining table, 2 bistro chairs, and a large heat lamp.
*PARKING for 4 vehicles (maximum) in the extended driveway (no garage access)
*EV TRICKLE charge in the extended driveway (no garage access) - 20 AMP circuit available for $7/day per car (2 car max); guest provides 30+ foot car cable/12-14 gauge extension cord to plug in 110V outlet in front of the house. Supercharging station 12 minutes away.
