A light-filled Ojai retreat with 26-foot vaulted ceilings and wide-plank oak floors — the kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you walk in. Vintage Turkish and Moroccan rugs, a generous sectional, and windows on every wall create a home that's as comfortable for a quiet evening in as it is for gathering with people you love.
Three ancient oaks shade the front and back gardens, where you can pick oranges, plums, figs, mulberries, pomegranates, and loquats straight from the trees. Fresh herbs and potted greens are yours to use. When the temperature drops, there's a fireplace and two outdoor fire pits stocked with cured wood.
The house is thoroughly equipped: Sonos audio and broadband throughout, a theater nook with hi-def screen and surround sound, a pro gym with power rack and rowing machine, and an infrared sauna. Every room has a ceiling fan; central air runs throughout. Washer, dryer, EV charging (fee applies), and ample driveway parking. The neighborhood is quiet, with genuinely warm neighbors.
