Brand-new, fully-furnished Tiny Home! This sleek, free-standing Casita features an open-plan living room and fully-applianced kitchen, plus an airy sleeping loft with a queen-sized bed (accessed via a spiral staircase; note - limited head room). There's also an ultra-comfy, full-sized pullout couch for those who prefer sleeping on the main level. The bathroom is spa-like and spacious, with a glass enclosed shower. Outside is a private 12’ x 16’ backyard with shaded outdoor dining, a laundry center, and oversized custom artwork.
The Casita is in the heart of vibrant North Park, with its dozens of shops, restaurants, and a weekly farmers' market. Plus, it’s just 5 blocks from Balboa Park, with its tennis courts, swimming pool, and world-class museums. 20 minutes to many gorgeous beaches.
Though thoughtfully and beautifully designed, the Casita is best for a single person or a couple.
Note: the cottage is on the site of our former garage, and we live in the house next door, separated by a walkway. No parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind please, indoors or out. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.
