Single family home in a quiet community off of Hwy 90. Just a 15-20 minute drive to the Beach/Restaurants/shopping and more. It is about 25-30 Minute to Myrtle Beach where there are tons of things to do and see. The 1st floor features a Large bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet/dresser/desk with a full bath (no computer available). Another bedroom with a girls single bed/dresser/TV and closet. Another bedroom with a boys bunk bed that has 3 levels with closet/dresser and TV. Another full bath located between the girls and boys bedrooms. Spacious living room with a TV and sectional sofa as well as a Kitchen/dinning room combo with high top table with 2 chairs. Washer/Dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware/pots/pans/coffee maker/smoothie mixer/toaster. Everything you need to cook and eat in. Home sits in a cul-de-sac with a nice front porch and lawn with a 2 Car garage and driving pad. Home also features a beautiful large fenced in back yard with a patio/patio table with 6 chairs for extra eating space. Home has a security alarm/doorbell camera and camera/spot light on garage. No carpet all wood floors. 2 Small dogs are allowed or 1 large dog for a fee. Dog must be fully house trained and can not be over 50 lbs in size. Your dog must be on a leash at all times or outback in the large spacious yard. This house has everything that you need while away. This house is also cat friendly for a fee. Sectional must be covered while animals are also staying. Smoking is only permitted outside with a ash tray. A great place to vacation. Just the perfect spot for a family. We also have a badminton set & 2 corn hole boards. Don't miss out on a great spot and a great deal. No need to bring towels/linens or beach towels. We have it all. Only thing you need to provide is laundry detergent if you plan to wash. Upon check-in you will be provided HOA regulations as well as Owner regulations and personal information forms that will be provided to the HOA.
