Clean, light concept with a simple aesthetic. This cozy & inviting condo boasts white Carrara marble countertops, blue/white encaustic bathroom tiles, and massive windows with 3rd floor views.

Private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Spacious bathroom with a double vanity, soft towels and soaps/shampoos provided.

Living area has Smart TV and a convertible queen sofa bed to easily accommodate more guests. Washer/dryer with laundry products ready for use.

Once you're settled in, you can walk to nearly everything in downtown Cincinnati in less then 15min. Our space couldn't be more centrally located.
Other things to note
- Absolutely no smoking, no parties, and no pets. There is a $150 FINE for any type of evidence of smoking (marijuana, tobacco, hookah, etc). We define a party as any gathering of more than 4 people or a group of less than 4 people that are disturbing our neighbors. You will be asked to leave immediately if any of these rules are violated.
- All guests entering the home must be registered in the reservation. No more than 4 people are allowed.
- The condo is on the third story of the building, so two flights of stairs are required to access the space.
