House is a 5bd and 31/2 bath, occupies up to 12 persons. ONLY 7 minutes away from downtown (Papas&Beer), in a quiet location on a hill with amazing beach view from the third floor top deck where you may also entertain and BBQ.
Rooms are spacious and there is two bedrooms with their own restrooms. there is one vehicle parking inside gated drive way and home is gated as well. remaining vehicles will have to park on street. Home is also close to plaza and market (new store La Ley) very convenient. Home entry is handicapped accessible for wheelchairs as well.
