Located in a quiet Tahoe City neighborhood, there are three popular California ski resorts less than a 20 minutes from the home. The home is also near Skylandia Beach, endless trails, and the bike path to Tahoe City, The Tahoe Cross Country Center is about a mile away and has an activity for each season - cross country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. It is less than 5 minutes by car from Tahoe City, which has Lakefront cafes, shopping, Commons Beach, and the Tahoe City Golf Course.
The main floor's living, dining, and kitchen area has a full lake view from the south facing wall of windows! The open floor plan provides a great place to gather indoors and sliding glass doors open to a large deck. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have cozy furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck provides a full lake view and will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people and for nice family meals and with two supermarkets available in Tahoe City, you can stock up on your way in and you may never want to leave!
Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The lower floor features the primary king ensuite bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a kids bunk room with twin/twin bunk and an additional twin bed.
