The space: Here are our bedding and bathroom arrangements:
Master - Main level - King Bed. stand up shower and large tub
Master - Basement level - King bed. Tub shower combo
Guest Room 1 - upstairs -Two queen beds Guest bathroom in between the two upstairs bedrooms with stand up shower and tub
Guest Room 2 - upstairs- Two bunk beds twin over full plus two trundles.
Here are our property amenities: -Boat dock with cover -2 Single Person Kayaks -various floats and life jackets -Gas fire pit -Gas grill -Smart TV's with Disney+, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Youtube TV & Hulu capability (personal log in needed) -15 minutes to downtown Hartwell with shopping and dining, Ingles and Walmart -Short distance from a public boat ramp to put your boat in the water -Please note that the paddle boards in the listing photos are no longer at the property.
Guest access: You will have access to the entire house. You're welcome to bring your own boat and tie it to the dock. No boat, no problem! Rent a boat at Big Water Marina, Portman Marina, or any of the other local marinas. The boat ramp is just a couple of minutes away and makes it easy to drop in your boat.
Other things to note: -We have a few neighbors, and while they are spaced out privately, we want to avoid any loud parties or chaos that would impact their daily lives at their private residences. If you're having a college reunion or a wild shindig, this isn't the right place to rent. Additionally, this property is located in a partially wooded area near a body of water. While we do have routine pest management, If you are extremely phobic of critters and insects, this also may not be the place for you.
