Summary: Front desk had no one at check in time. I had to call 3 times to get a person on the phone to come give me a key. Then the rooms were musty smelling. Rooms need a lot of attention. Rust all around base boards. Maid services opened the door while asleep and didn’t even close it completely. Hotel is falling apart.
