Regency Retreat is located in the heart of Tahoe Vista on the scenic North Shore of Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is peaceful and tree-lined, offering a true mountain retreat feel while keeping you just minutes from everything the area has to offer. North Tahoe Regional Park, lakefront beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores are all a short drive away. In winter, you are close to Northstar, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose ski resorts. In summer, enjoy hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and boat launches nearby.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, deck, and driveway parking. The property is accessed via a wooden ramp walkway from the driveway to the front entry.
The cabin features an open-concept main floor with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing seamlessly together. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams give the great room an airy, lodge-like feel.
