•Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is room for a car in the garage and room for 2-3 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the cars. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Water safety system: Automatically shuts off the water supply if usage exceeds a threshold (e.g multiple showers, dishwasher, and washing machine at once). Water resumes once usage normalizes. Please stagger appliances and showers when possible;
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change; children under the age of 3 are free; see the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details;
•Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
