Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival, maximum of 2 pets, 50lb weight limit, pet fee and signed agreement needed at the time of reservation. upon owner approval, please contact owner for details, access to golf cart available, usage agreement must be signed upon reservation, *there is no hot tub at the property, *the guest must pay a $350 security deposit is due at the time of reservation, *the guest must also sign our reservation agreement, required by the owners and the gated resort, *if they want to use the golf cart, they must sign a golf cart usage agreement (also required by the resort), *if they have any pets, they must contact me prior to booking to get approval for their pet based on the pet's age, size, breed and weight, and there are pet fees (if approved, 50 lb. limit and guest must pay $250 per dog or cat, max 2)-plus the guest must also sign a pet agreement if bringing pets to the property and to the resort.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, managed by a private host
