Summary: Staff was friendly, but the room wasn't completely ready when they gave it to us. The maid was kind and finished making the second bed, but we ended up four washcloths short (no washcloths) because she never got back to give them to us. the front door wasn't a tight seal and the about "window" opening had a plywood "slide" in it - weakening room security... needs improvement.
