Guest will have access to one private bedroom with a private full bathroom, both located upstairs. Most of our guests choose to stay here for a short vacation trip, a work trip, or for studying, and they often stay in their own rooms.
The kitchen and garage are not available for guests to use, no smoking/vaping/partying, and not pet-friendly. No cooking is allowed within the room, because the house has a central air system, so it will affect all rooms and guests if there are smells within a room. But we have prepared a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker within each room for guests to use, this way it's more convenient to heat up food, and you can order takeouts or packages delivered to the address too.
The sharing area is the hallway and the living room downstairs, and we have a camera system on for both the sharing areas and outside of the house 24/7. The community is very safe and quiet, and all of our guests love their staying.
