Come relax in our spacious 2BR Townhome in Camp Hill! Only a 5 minute drive to the Capital and a 10 minute walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops in Camp Hill. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the back patio as you watch the sunset. With full disclosure this unit is nicely furnished, but is going through a renovation of the kitchen.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The kitchen is under renovation, but there is a refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave, toaster oven for guests to use. ALL photos are current.
The Space:
This unit is a 2 story townhome with 2 BR, 1.5 Ba, large living room, dining room and a kitchen under renovation. The downstairs living room has patio doors that open to a fairly private concrete patio. The building has 3 other townhomes with annual tenants residing in them. Guests will have access to the entire place with no other people there.
I recently had the unit painted and installed new window treatments. Both bathrooms work fine with new toilets installed. They will be getting new ceramic flooring, new vanities and lighting soon. ALL photos are current. I stay here when in town.
Guest Access:
There is ample free parking in the driveway, behind the building and on the street. The unit is walking distance to Market Street in Camp Hill. It’s also a very short drive to Holy Spirit hospital and the Capital building in downtown Harrisburg.
The Neighborhood:
This building is the only multi family building in this residential neighborhood. There are sidewalks for strolls in the AM and evening and it’s very quiet. Camp Hill is one of the more popular communities located adjacent to downtown Harrisburg. Be sure to check out our Guidebook for recommended places to visit and eat.
Getting Around:
Parking is ample at this building. Uber rides into Harrisburg are $7-10. Market Street in Camp Hill offers great cafes, restaurants and shops only a 5-10 min walk.
Other Things to Note:
If you are in town for business and tired of cramped hotel rooms, then this is a more affordable and cozy option. The unit has 1GB of Wi-Fi access and office setup making it perfect to work remotely.
Interaction with Guests:
I do not have any in-person interaction with guests and do not live in the building. I’m very responsive to texts and phone calls if anything is needed. I have a cohost in the area who can address and of a guests needs.
