In summer it has been said that it has the best deck on the lake! Conveniently located near North Tahoe Marina, walking distance to restaurants, beaches and the grocery store. In winter you are minutes from Northstar and have some of the best sunsets on the lake. Views of Heavenly are directly out your window. This is truly a special house that is well maintained and loved. Sleeps 6-8. Master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining full bath with laundry room. One room with a queen bed and the last has a beautiful antique full bed. The dining room has lake views from 2 sides as the house is located on "Boiler Point". There is a gas stove in dining area and an original rock fireplace in the living area.
