LIVING AREA
A river rock gas fireplace and exposed wood beams add ambience in the living room. Gather on the sectional and find your favorite shows, or choose a game on the Nintendo Wii.
KITCHEN & DINING
The open kitchen has everything you need to fix tasty meals. There's plentiful counter space, and the gas range adds ease to stovetop cooking.
A built-in booth seats six to breakfast and coffee. Six more can share meals at the polished dining table.
BED & BATH
Sleep soundly in the primary suite, furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom features a stunning river rock walk-in shower and a stained glass window.
Two of the guest rooms are furnished with full-size beds, and an additional bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk plus a full-size bed.
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

This single-story home is accessed via three steps at the entryway. The property does not have air-conditioning. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.

LOCAL ORDINANCES
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted.
