Positive: Very comfortable bed, thermostat works well despite this being an older house, location is nice.

Negative: Small things that add up together. You enter the property, and you’re met with the holes on the couch cover. No shampoo in the shower - only conditioner and hand soap are provided. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Host will text you multiple times on the day of the travel (when you’re the busiest) requesting last minute things such as picture of the ID, deposit for the stay (I still haven’t received my deposit back by the way, and it’s been 2 weeks), etc, instead of requesting these things in advance and in one text. Moldy residue and hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Overall, the property isn’t bad, it just needs some upgrades or at least have more up-to-date pictures in the description.
