This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with a total of 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms can be found on the main level. Please note occupancy is maxed at 6 adults, and 4 children - NO EXEMPTIONS.

On the lower level is the back door (with direct beach access), as well as 2 bedrooms;

Please note that there is a maximum of two parking off-street parking spots that come with your reservation, including access to the single-car garage. Under no circumstances, can you park in front of our neighbor's properties - no exceptions.

This will partially impact your view of the Monterey Bay and Capitola Village, from this unit - and construction noise may be heard. General work hours are from Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
