Summary: bed spread had many cig burns, uninviting. And no back up tp, so we've ran out before 6am.But my issue is neighbor #21. Loud all night, yelling and numerous visitors. was very impressed that the one I was out there at 6:00 a.m. ish talking with him letting him know then can't be having a company and stuff so it's not management owner it's the guest that are a issue.
