Escape to the beach at this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor condo located on N. Ocean Blvd, DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH. Sit on the balcony and take in the most AMAZING BEACH & OCEAN VIEWS. Enjoy the East Coast sunrises while having your morning coffee on the balcony. The condo will SLEEP UP TO 5 PEOPLE with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed plus a twin bed. There are 2 full bathrooms plus a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that is supplied with everything you would need for those days when you just want to relax and dine in. For your convenience, the condo comes equipped with a WASHER/DRYER within the condo to help keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use at the beach. Bask in the sun around the large pool.
OCEAN TERRACE is located in the tranquil & humble community of Cherry Grove in the city of North Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance is MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN, an oceanfront bar & grill that has an amazing oceanfront deck to dine on & listen to live music or right next door , is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. There is also Basil's pizza which has some of the best pizza in the area! Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music several nights per week! IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
