5 Bedroom House in Cat Hollow, Round Rock
My house is in a safe, quiet, nice neighborhood in a culdesac and it’s great for families! You will feel right at home after settling in.
The house: 3/2/2 brick with 5 beds in separate rooms- 2 California kings, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin. I have 3 TV’s- a 77” in the living room & 40” TV’s in 2 bedrooms. Excellent WiFi access and cell service in all rooms and even outside. USB plug ins in three bedrooms & kitchen. The living rooms, hallways and Master all have recessed lights. Freshly painted 3 rooms and 2 hallways, new floors & baseboards in 2022. Brand new whole house air conditioning unit in 2023 including a whole house halo-LED air purifying unit- reduces viruses, bacteria, molds and spores! Big nice kitchen with granite countertops, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances and a huge pantry. Master bath has double stainless steel sinks, granite vanity, stand alone shower and huge garden tub. Front room is a great game room or work office with desk, a poker table and chips for 8 players. In the library I have lots of books, a treadmill, a medicine ball, some dumbbells & a yoga mat. You are also welcome to use my 2 car garage for storage or to park one car in- including 2 garage door openers for your vehicles and ring camera overlooking the driveway & culdesac. Huge back yard has lots of trees for privacy and a huge patio with an outdoor sectional. Also have 2 bbq pits- both for charcoal or wood fires- and one Pit Boss pellet grill! I even have a wood burning stove on the back patio for those chilly evenings. Front yard has a front patio with room for visiting with the neighbors.
Very very quiet & relaxing- no traffic noise & sirens almost never go off! Cat Hollow Park & swimming pool just renovated spring 2024 and it is a 5 min walk. Pepper Rock park (upgraded in 2019 with zip line & all the latest and safest play features) is a 7 minute walk. All the streets are well lit & have curbs and concrete sidewalks. Short walk to the Brushy Creek Community trail- an interconnected 3 mile hiking trail through several tree lined green belts with lots of wildlife- deer, foxes, hawks, squirrels, etc. and plenty of exercise stations. Grocery store, & many restaurants (fast food & inside dining w/bars) within a 5 minute drive. All food/pizza delivery options are available & delivery is generally prompt.
Less than a 5 minute drive to FM 620 and Toll 45- they connect to SH 1 (mopac) and IH 35. Within 7 minutes, you can be on an interstate headed any direction!
If you need a quiet safe temporary home with the best customer service around, this is as good as it gets!
