The Loogman unit is a 3 bedroom (plus 2 additional areas), 2 bath cabin with a new HOT SPRINGS Hot Tub, sleeps up to 8 adults, has parking for 2 vehicles. This cozy cabin is located on Donner Pass Road directly across from the lake and several public piers. The public piers are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cabin is located on a slight up slope with a parking pad that can accommodate 2 vehicles, as well as a garage that can fit one car. From the parking pad you go up the stairs to the first deck and then up one more flight of stairs to the front entrance and wrap around deck. Enter the home directly into the open concept living, kitchen and dining areas with wood ceilings, exposed beams, and beautiful lake views. This cabin just received a face lift with new stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood floors. Along with the new appliances it has also received new furnishings for you to relax and enjoy on your vacation. There is also a room with a queen bed on this floor. The bathroom on this level has a shower stall. The deck features patio furniture, a propane fire-pit and BBQ where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower stall. Sorry no pets. This cabin is a Summer/Winter vacation rental. .
